DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS, EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL COACHING
Coaching is a collaborative alliance (group or 1-1) whereby the coach and client(s) work together in a journey of learning which aims to improve performance, facilitate the achievement of goals and encourage the fulfilment of potential.
“Coaching focuses on future possibilities, not past mistakes” Whitmore
Coaching which is holistic also helps us to find solutions to problems and it inspires and motivates us towards success. It is both future orientated and action orientated and provides an insightful methodology for personal growth.
The Professional Training & Coaching Consultancy works in association with Coach Institute of Ireland. Grainne is an accredited Trainer and Programme leader for Dublin West and Dublin South.
By embarking on the Coach Institute of Ireland’s Coach Training Programme and becoming qualified as a Business, Executive and Personal Coach, you can set up your own business in coaching or incorporate coaching into your existing work role and adopt a coaching style of Leadership and Management. The programme will help enhance your communication skills and improve your personal and professional performance and effectiveness.
Coaching facilitates the performance, learning and development of others.
